Identification and Contact Information: Name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, age, gender, driver's license number or state-issued ID card number, screen name/username, and photographs or profile pictures.

Your payment information and other identifying information may be collected by Forex Funds Flow and/or through our third-party vendors, including our payment processors. Your data may be processed, collected, shared, or stored by us and third-party vendors, including but not limited to cloud server hosts, trading platforms, social media platforms, advertising platforms, website service providers, website analytics providers, third-party payment processors, or other service providers we use to conduct business.
1.2. Non-Personal Data
Non-personal data includes any data that cannot be used on its own to identify, trace, or distinguish an individual. We may collect your device information, including GPS data, IP address, browser type, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, and information about how and when you use our Site. When non-Personal Data is combined with Personal Data we collect about you, it will be treated as Personal Data and used only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

22. How We Use Your Information (Legal Basis)
We collect and use your Personal Data when we have a legitimate purpose to do so. We process your personal information based on our legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use the information we collect or receive for the following purposes:
- To Provide Services: To verify your eligibility, facilitate account creation and login, provide access to tools and support, and enable simulated trading
- To Manage Your Account and Orders: To manage your user account, fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Site
- For Communication: To contact you, including via email and potentially text message when consent has been given, send administrative information, request feedback, and enable user-to-user communications (with consent)
- For Marketing and Promotions: To send you marketing and promotional communications about our services, products, or events, in accordance with your marketing preferences. This may include personalized content and advertising tailored to your interests. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time
- To Improve Services: To develop, test, and enhance our Services, improve their security, conduct analytics on website and service usage, and identify usage trends
- For Legal and Security Purposes: To detect and protect against breaches of our policies and applicable laws, protect our Services (e.g., for fraud monitoring and prevention), enforce our terms, conditions, and policies, respond to legal requests, prevent harm, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymized form, not associated with individual End Users
33. How Long Do We Store Personal Data?
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
Generally, we will keep your personal information for no longer than six (6) months past the termination of your user's account, unless otherwise legally obligated. For specific purposes:
- Contract Performance: For the performance of the contract and the exercise of rights and obligations related to it (including complaints, damage claims, or litigation), personal data are processed for the necessary period, but no more than 10 years from the termination of the last contract
- Marketing Communications: For sending marketing communications without your explicit consent, personal data are processed for a maximum of 5 years from the expiry of the last contract between us, or until you object or unsubscribe
- Improving Services: For the purpose of enhancing our services, we usually process personal data for a maximum period of 6 months
- Legal Obligations: To fulfill our legal obligations, we process personal data for the period set out by relevant legal regulations (e.g., 10 years from the issuance of relevant documents for tax purposes)
- With Consent: If you have given your consent, for the period specified in that consent
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information. If deletion or anonymization is not possible (e.g., because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
44. Who We Share Data With
We may use aggregated (anonymized) information about our End Users and Visitors, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We do not sell Personal Data or specific personal or transactional information.
We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal bases: your consent, legitimate interests, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or vital interests.

66. Data Storage and How Forex Funds Flow Protects Your Information
Forex Funds Flow stores basic End User data on our servers, including name, email, and username. Payments, when required, are processed by our partners or service providers (e.g., Stripe). Personal Data about End Users and Visitors may be stored in various locations globally.
Our Services are intended to be globally accessible, with the following exceptions:
We do not provide Services to individuals located in:
Somalia, Tanzania, North Korea, Angola, Venezuela, Haiti, Croatia, Lebanon, Iran, West Bank, Syria, Mali, Sudan, Burkina Faso, Myanmar, Yemen, South Sudan, Mozambique, Monaco, Cameroon, Algeria, Vietnam, Nepal, Russia, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, and Ukraine.
If you are using the Services from any other region, please be aware that your Personal Data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. By providing your Personal Data, you consent to any such transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We employ physical, electronic, and managerial control procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information. We choose these safeguards based on the sensitivity of the information we collect, process, and store, and the current state of technology. Our outsourced service providers are also vetted to ensure they have appropriate organizational and technical measures in place to protect your information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to the Services. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Services.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may vary by your location.
7.1. Accessing and Controlling Your Information
- Correction Capabilities: You can access and correct any inaccuracies in your Personal Data through your account settings or by emailing us at support@forexfundsflow.com
- Opt-out of Non-Essential Electronic Communications: You may opt out of receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages by using the 'unsubscribe' function included in such messages or by contacting us directly. You will continue to receive essential transactional emails

- Cease Use of Services: If you wish to prevent us from collecting your information completely, you should cease using our Services
7.2. State-Specific Privacy Rights (U.S.)
Residents of the following states may have rights to:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. While we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements, Nevada residents wishing to exercise this right may submit a request to support@forexfundsflow.com.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@forexfundsflow.com. We cannot respond if we cannot verify your identity or your request lacks sufficient detail.
We aim to respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll notify you and respond within 90 days. You may submit up to two (2) requests within a 12-month period.
We do not charge fees unless requests are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
California Residents Under 18: If you're under 18 and a registered user, you may request the removal of public content by contacting us. Note that removal may not be complete (e.g., backups).
7.3. European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will only use information collected about you lawfully in accordance with the GDPR.
Our legal basis for processing your data includes:

88. Not Directed to Persons Under 18 Years of Age
Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18.
If you are under 18, do not use, register, or submit any personal information on our Site.
If we discover we collected data from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will delete it.

We do not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals.
No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals exists yet.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
